These terms are designed for the current BlinqCar workflow. They must be approved by India-qualified counsel before paid public launch.
BlinqCar Mobility Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Grievance Officer: To be appointed · info@blinqcar.com
Launch configuration still required: registered address, Grievance Officer name, grievance phone.1. What DriveSense does
DriveSense reads your editable preferences and approved live-listing fields to rank relevant inventory. It explains which published facts contributed to a result and does not invent a car when no suitable live listing exists.
2. Inputs and assumptions
Direct checks may include city, body type, fuel and price. Context such as passengers, daily distance and driving priority shapes the explanation. Missing service, inspection, insurance or ownership evidence must remain visibly missing rather than being inferred.
3. What it does not do
DriveSense does not provide legal, financial, insurance, safety or mechanical advice. It does not approve credit, guarantee running cost, certify roadworthiness, determine a fair final price or make an automated decision that removes your ability to choose.
4. Quality, feedback and change
Results can be incomplete or wrong when source data is incomplete or preferences are too broad. Users should inspect the vehicle and documents. Material model, data-source or automated-decision changes will be documented before release.
