Use your own verified email and keep OTPs private. You must be at least 18 to transact. Renters must satisfy the licence, identity, age, experience and other eligibility requirements shown for the trip.
2. Vehicle information and due diligence
Listing details may include owner-supplied claims, moderated media and separately identified inspection information. You must review the physical vehicle, original documents, title, finance status, insurance, service history and applicable authority records before paying or accepting delivery.
DriveSense narrows live inventory using disclosed inputs. It does not decide credit, safety, legal eligibility or whether you should purchase a vehicle.
3. Enquiries and offers
A message, price indication or counteroffer does not by itself create a completed sale or rental. Keep material terms in the protected conversation and do not share OTPs, card credentials or unnecessary identity documents.
4. Test drives and physical meetings
Meet in a safe location, verify the vehicle and person, and agree supervision, licence, route and liability before driving. Report suspicious activity. Emergency services—not marketplace support—should be contacted first where anyone is in immediate danger.
5. Rental responsibility
Use the vehicle only as permitted, only through approved drivers and within agreed geographic, kilometre and purpose limits. Record handover condition and return the vehicle on time with the agreed fuel or charge. Promptly report warning lights, loss, damage, accident, seizure or third-party claim.
You remain responsible for charges validly allocated under the confirmed rental, including tolls, fines, excess kilometres, fuel or charging difference and documented damage, subject to applicable law and the agreed protection terms.
6. Payments and transfer
Pay only through the route identified in the confirmed transaction. Check the payee, amount, purpose and refund terms. For purchases, do not treat possession as completed legal ownership transfer; follow the relevant transport authority process.
