These terms are designed for the current BlinqCar workflow. They must be approved by India-qualified counsel before paid public launch.
BlinqCar Mobility Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Grievance Officer: To be appointed · info@blinqcar.com
Launch configuration still required: registered address, Grievance Officer name, grievance phone.1. Authority and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, control the verified account used for the listing and have the legal right to sell or offer the vehicle. If you act for an owner or business, you must hold written authority that BlinqCar may request.
- The registration, chassis and ownership information must relate to the listed vehicle.
- Disclose active finance, hypothecation, disputes, theft reports, material accident history and restrictions.
- Hosts must ensure the vehicle and proposed use comply with registration, permit, insurance and local transport requirements.
2. Listing standard
Every statement, price, kilometre reading and photograph must be current and accurate. Original vehicle media may be moderated, resized and displayed to operate the marketplace. Stock images may not be presented as the actual vehicle.
Approval means the listing passed the checks then applied; it is not a warranty, title certificate or mechanical guarantee. BlinqCar may pause or remove a listing when information becomes incomplete, inconsistent, unsafe or unlawful.
3. Publishing packages and slots
Browsing and buying may be free, but publishing sale or rental inventory requires an eligible package. The checkout page identifies the price, taxes, validity, included listing slots and whether a slot is consumed on submission or publication.
Packages do not guarantee approval, enquiries, a sale, a rental, a particular price or search position. Unless checkout expressly says otherwise, packages do not renew automatically and unused capacity expires with the stated validity.
4. Enquiries, offers and conduct
Respond through the listing-linked conversation so the relevant account and vehicle record remain connected. Do not request an OTP, password or unsafe deposit. An offer is non-binding until the parties complete the separate written transaction steps required for that vehicle.
You are responsible for lawful negotiations, test drives, handovers and representations made outside the platform. BlinqCar may review reported conversations for safety, fraud prevention and dispute handling.
5. Inspection and Restore by Blinq
An inspection is a dated record of observed conditions, not a guarantee that every defect has been found. Restoration is optional and begins only after a documented scope, price and authorisation.
Any potential value uplift is an estimate affected by market demand, final condition, documents and buyer decisions. It is not promised income and should never be presented as a guaranteed increase.
6. Sale, rental and ownership transfer
Before a sale, verify the buyer, written terms, cleared payment, possession, signed forms and requirements of the relevant registering authority. Delivery alone does not prove legal transfer.
Before a rental, agree driver eligibility, dates, rate, deposit, permitted use, geography, fuel, kilometres, insurance position, handover condition, return condition, tolls, fines and incident procedure.
7. Enforcement and records
BlinqCar may request evidence, limit visibility, suspend publishing, cancel unsafe activity or preserve records where reasonably required to enforce these terms, protect users or comply with law. Material or repeated violations may lead to account termination.
Keep the record attached.
